Update: Coming 1-7-07

Just a quick update to let you know that as of Sunday January 7th, 2007 - The Dr Clay Show will be broadcasting each and every week right here at www.TheDrClayShow.com.

See how red-eyed I am? That's cause I've been workin' around the clock for YOU! One of my main priorities for '07 is to bring The Dr Clay Show to a larger audience each and every week. (That's why we swithched from local FM to podcasting on the net.) Guess what - all that entertainment (well, I - along with three other people - think I'm funny), education, motivation, and enlightenment (let me stop before I get carried away) is absolutely FREE each and every week. All I ask in return is that if you like the show, tell a few people. If you have some constructive criticism, tell me (info@drclay.com). For the record, "Dr Clay, you're goofy and have no talent" is not constructive criticism; it's just mean and will make me cry.

If you're interested in sponsoring (advertising on) the show, then drop me a line (info@drclay.com). If you put "show sponsorship" in the subject line, I assure you your email will get read first, cause we need the dough! However, you'd better have some good products or services, because we're not advertising anything on the show that sucks! After all, I gots to keep it real!

Till then, go to www.DrClay.com, voted "the best health & fitness site on the web" by Phake Magazine.

Sincerely,

Dr Clay and Liz are back hosting The Dr Clay Show, now via the internet as opposed to FM airwaves. Today they discuss 15 things you didn't know about your penis (if you have one); Liz gives a Tortilla Soup recipe that's healthy and delicious. Then they discuss energy drinks, including the new Cocaine Energy Drink. Do you know how much caffeine these drinks pack? You will after listening to the show! Dr Clay then discusses some new studies on the effects of Omega 3 fatty acids and closes with a preview of the 2006 NPC National Bodybuilding and Fitness Championship to be held next weekend in <city w:st="on"><place w:st="on">Miami</place></city>. Forgive the lack of polish to this program as we're a bit rusty, and Dr Clay needs to work on his production skills so we can have some intro music.
